On August 1, Zhang Xiao, Group Chief of Human Resources聽department, and Xu Hongtao, Assistant of the President, on behalf of the Group presented the award to Wang Weijie in Shandong Hailir聽Chemical Co.,Ltd. This is the first time since聽Hailir聽Group issued the 鈥淧urity and Self-discipline Commitment鈥?
It is recognized that in July a company in Jiangsu Province use聽a cash of 30,000 yuan to bribe聽the聽general manager-Wang Weijie聽in Shandong Hailier, hoping to gain benefits in equipment procurement. In the face of bribery, Wang Weijie upholds the requirement of honesty and self-discipline, refuses to accept money, and requires that any equipment purchase must be tendered through formal channels, and no fraud is allowed. The other party saw that the bribe was invalid, leaving the bribe money and turned away, hoping to fight for the opportunity in the final way. On July 26, Wang Weijie turned over 30聽thousand聽yuan of bribes to the company. After the group's research decision, Wang Weijie's rejection of bribery was praised by the whole group and聽was given a cash reward of 50% of the total amount of bribes rejected (a total of RMB 15,000).
